1. Innovative bladeless design: no need to replace the blade, saving the valuable time and cost paid by the user due to frequent blade replacement; Moreover, it avoids the phenomenon of needle jamming and curved thimble needle due to the continuous loss of the blade and the blunt cutting needle.
2. The design of isolating the infeed and the thimble outlet: it avoids the interference problem caused by the intersection of the two lanes of the traditional machine, and is easy to troubleshoot and facilitate maintenance.

Parallel pawl feeding mechanism: the elastic automatic compensation design is adopted to avoid the phenomenon of irregular material cutting after the wear of the traditional machine gear due to mechanical wear, and the accurate cutting of the elastic staple makes the elastic staple pull product firmer.

Double-cylinder structure: The double-cylinder structure disperses the load pressure of the single-cylinder, and the power is more sufficient, so as to avoid the phenomenon of weak needle threading, continuous cutting, and needle jamming caused by insufficient power of the horizontal bar transmission.
